Socker Knitting

I knew I had a little bit of a wait this morning, so I grabbed my sock knitting bag for probably the first time since soccer season ended. Once I got knitting, I thought the contents of my bag (post soccer season) were pretty funny.

Here you see:
1 1/2 socks (plus their respective skeins of yarn)
child sunglasses
the participation medal
two pens
two special K bars (and a wrapper from a Quaker chewy bar, not shown)
a packet of tissues

This is the sock project that has gone to approximately 16 YMCA soccer games, 8 YMCA soccer practices, 7 UCF Women's soccer games, 2 Girl Scout training meetings, 3 Girl Scout service unit meetings, and it shows.
