This was the funnest thing I did today. Seems like there's not much to say about it - once I ironed the squares, I sewed them together - a lot like in the plan here. Most smart people would iron the fabric then cut out the squares. This way, your squares are more likely to be the size you meant to make and on grain (not stretchy) and the print is not tilted.
The minus side is that now I have three quilts that need to be basted and quilted. My least favorite part of the whole deal.
